Request Video Download

Overview

Sometimes instructors will need to download the video taken during a students Respondus Monitor Exam. This guide will walk you through that process. 

Guide

1. Click on View course & Institution Tools on the right side of the course page:

2. Click on Respondus in the list of tools:

3. Find the Exam, and click on the down arrow on the left side. Then click on Class Results.

4. Expand a students attempt details by click on the plus sign on the left side of their name:

5. Scroll below the video, and look for Request Video Download

6. Fill out the requested details in the box that opens, and click submit. Requests will be responded to within 2-4 business days.
