Master Maintenance Timeline

Fall 2026 Deadline - June 26, 2026

To guarantee implementation of updates to Fall 2026 term courses, please submit master maintenance requests by June 26, 2026. Master Maintenance requests are open for submission year-round, and you may continue to submit them after the deadline for implementation in a future term.

All master course maintenance requests should come from Course Directors, Course Coordinators, or Program Directors, and should include routine maintenance only. If you do not have one of these roles but would like to request changes to a master course, please contact your designated Course Director, Course Coordinator, or your Program Director.

Note: Course Directors, Course Coordinators, or Program Directors can request reviewer access to a master course at any time throughout the term. To request reviewer access to a master, submit a master course maintenance request.

Full Timeline - Fall 2026

Note: Term begins on a Tuesday due to Labor Day.

• June 26, 2026: Maintenance requests due by end of day (local time).
• July 24, 2026: Course copy process begins.
• July 28, 2026: Faculty begin getting access to course sections. Access is contingent upon faculty assignment completion in Jenzabar. Faculty who do not see their courses by Friday, July 31, 2026, should reach out to their program administrator.
• September 4, 2026: Students get access to course sections.
• September 8, 2026: Term begins.

To submit a master course maintenance request, please go to the Request Submission Page and select the "Course Master Maintenance Request" form. If you have an issue in a current course that is affecting students or requires immediate attention, please select the "Individual Course Support" form.
