Guide - Cohort Hub Enrollment Changes

Overview

This article will outline the process for when students need to be shifted from one cohort hub to another in Blackboard. There is no automation for this, and any cohort changes in Blackboard must be submitted as a request on the Faculty Blackboard Dashboard. Students may fall in the following scenario:

• Changing Programs
• Changing Pathway
• Changing term to term.
• Other, etc.

Regardless of the scenario, the process to request a change is the same. Requests will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
