Overview
This guide outlines the steps for providing Course IDs to facilitate synchronization with ExamSoft. The sync will be spread across the term as courses become ready.
- Initial Course List Request - The LMS Administrator will be asked to provide the current list of PHT courses intended for ExamSoft sync. Some courses may not be included if they are still under development.
- Course List Submission - The LMS Administrator will submit a list of all courses that are not under development and are ready for syncing. Additionally, any courses that are not yet ready will be clearly noted.
- Handling Courses Not Initially Included - Courses that were not included in the initial submission due to development status will be submitted once they have been recloned and are ready for use.
- Tracking and Cross-Referencing - The LMS Administrator will maintain a record of all courses that have been synced with ExamSoft and will cross-reference this list before processing any recloning requests.
